A baked version of the popular Indian snack 'samosa', these savory
snacks taste heavenly served with a sweet chili sauce

2 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
3 ginger balls in syrup, chopped
2 tsp. Indian garam masala (substitute with mixture of ground cumin,
cinnamon, black pepper and ground coriander
1/2 red pepper, de-seeded, chopped
125 g cooked potato, cubed
125 g frozen peas
10 slices of puff pastry, thawed

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the
onion and garlic till translucent. Add the ginger, garam masala,
pepper, potatoes and peas and cook a few minutes on a low flame till
the moisture has evaporated. Let this filling cool. Cut the puff
pastry slices into quarters.
Spoon a little filling on each slice and make the edges of the dough
a little wet with water. Fold the slices as a closed triangle, press
the seams well together, possibly with a fork, and place the food on
a greased baking sheet. Brush all the snacks with milk. Bake the
packets in 15 minutes golden brown in the middle of the oven. The
snacks can be served either hot or cold.
