Lemon Thyme Mushroom Kebabs

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

1 cup mushrooms (250 g)
1 lemon, scrubbed
4 sprigs thyme, leaves only
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
2 tablespoons butter, softened
baking dish
skewers, soaked in water 30 min

Directions:

Let the skewers soak in water for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Thread the mushrooms on the skewers.
Grate half the rind of the lemon and chop the zest finely. Mix the lemon zest, thyme leaves and salt the butter.
Place the mushroom skewers in the baking dish and spread the lemon-thyme butter on top.
Cook the skewers for 5 minutes in the oven. Serve immediately, with a wedge of lemon.

Suggestion: Serve with a fruity, white wine
