Green and Blue Easter Egg Card
Materials Required:
- Light Green Blank Card
- Printed blue craft paper
- Plain pastel blue craft paper
- Mosaic square border stencil
- Blue Poster Color
- Pieces of orange, blue and green craft paper
- Small paper flower
- Rub-on sticker for 'Easter Greetings'
- Small leaves stamp
- Egg Stencil (given below)
- Decorating edged scissors (zig-zag)
Instructions:
1. Cut out an egg shape from the printed craft paper. Download and
print this template for an egg-shaped cutout:

2. Cut out grass from green craft paper.
3. Mix blue and white poster colors to get the desired light blue
color. Apply with a brush using the mosaic square border stencil at
the right edge of the card. Remove stencil carefully and let dry.
4. While the paint dries, cut out 'paper rickrack' using zigzag edged
scissors from pastel blue craft paper. Glue them on to the egg cutout
to embellish. Trim off any excess strips that stick outside the
cutout.
5. Glue the decorated egg and grass to the card.
6. Stamp little green leaves on the remaining surface of the card.
7. Cut out rectangular pieces of green, blue and orange craft paper in
graduating sizes and glue them as shown.
8. Use a rub-on sticker to print your Easter greeting on the topmost
rectangle i.e. green.
9. Embellish the greeting with a white paper flower. Further
embellishments can be made out of thin strips of scrap craft paper
remaining from this project.
