Colorful Striped Easter Eggs Card

With just strips of paper, you can create this lovely card. And that makes it ideal for a kids craft. You can use any printed paper to decorate the eggs.

Materials Required:

- White or Cream Blank Card

- Plain Yellow Pearl Paper

- Printed Craft paper (Rainbow and Floral Used)

- White Card Stock or Craft paper for Greeting and Egg Bases

- Rub-on sticker for Easter Greeting

- Egg Stencil (given below)

- Decorating edged scissors (zig-zag)

Instructions:

1. Cut out two egg shapes from plain white craft paper. Download and print this template for an egg-shaped cutout:

2. Cut out thin strips from the printed paper and glue them to the eggs. Start pasting at random first and then fill in the gaps.

3. Cut out yellow pearl paper slightly smaller than the card and glue it in the center. Glue the eggs on the yellow paper as shown.

4. Use zigzag scissors to cut out a small rectangle for the greeting and print the greeting using a stamp or rub-on stickers.

5. Make board pins using a felt tip pen on four sides of the greeting to give it a slightly punk look.
